Fried Christmas Pudding - RECIPE
Fried Christmas Pudding is a post-christmas dessert traditionally served in my family. Thick slices of Christmas Pudding are gently pan-fried in meted butter until warm and crisp. Certainly not healthy, but it sure is delicious. Besides, Christmas is the season of excess - Give it a go!

TO MAKE MICROWAVE VERSION:
Place all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl or jug. Cook on HIGH for about 6 minutes (depends on microwave) - stopping every minute to whisk mixture. Once mixture is smooth and thickened, place bowl in sink of cold water (as seen in video) and whisk until cool.
