1 1/4 Cups Self Raising Flour
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg (Lightly Beaten)
1/2 Cup Milk
2 Bananas (Thinly Sliced)
Sauce
100g Butter (Melted)
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Cups Boiling Water
Serves 6
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 45 minutes
