Veal Schnitzel with Creamy Mushroom Sauce is an amazingly simple but tasty recipe. Veal steaks are beaten and tenderised to create thin fillets. They are crumbed and fried, then served with a delicious creamy mushroom sauce. This will become a quick family favourite - so give it a try today!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

Schnitzels:

2 Small Veal Steaks
1 Cup of Plain Flour
1 Cup of Dry Bread Crumbs
1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese (Powdered Shaker-Style)
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup of Milk
Salt and Pepper
Butter (for frying, or use vegetable oil)

Creamy Mushroom Sauce:

1 Cup of Button Mushrooms (Sliced Thinly)
Butter (for frying)
2 (Large) Tablespoons of Sour Cream
1/2 Cup of Grated Cheddar Cheese
Salt and Pepper (to season)

Makes 2 Schnitzels with Sauce

Preparation Time: 10 minutes (+ 20 minutes Chilling Time)
Cooking Time: About 10 minutes
