Salted Caramel Brandy Butter - RECIPE

Salted Caramel Brandy Butter is a new twist on a traditional Christmas classic. Butter is combined with a delicious salted caramel mixture and brandy. Beaten until smooth and whipped, serve chilled with a variety of Christmas items such as fruit cake, pudding, mince pies and more - give it a go!

Home Made Cranberry Sauce - CHRISTMAS RECIPE

Home Made Cranberry Sauce is a delicious accompaniment to any Christmas feast. Cranberries are combined with sugar, orange juice and freshly grated orange rind.. Thick, fruity, sweet and tart, this sauce is perfect with turkey, ham or other Christmas meats  - give it a go!

300g of Fresh or Frozen Cranberries

No Bake Chocolate Christmas Pudding is a great alternative to the traditional fruit-based pudding. A chocolate muffin is decorated with Choc Malt balls, white chocolate and other candies to give it that “traditional” pudding look. A great way to get the kids involved in the kitchen, this fabulous no-bake dessert is not only delicious, but an excellent holiday activity.
