Oven Roasted Citrus Chicken | One Pot Chef



Oven Roasted Citrus Chicken is a wonderful, quick to prepare dish - perfect for Sunday lunch with friends and family. Chicken pieces are smothered in a delicious citrus and herb marinade, then oven roasted with slices of lemon, orange and red onion. What you get is moist, succulent chicken that can be served with your favourite vegetables or salads, with plenty of leftovers - Try it today :)

Ingredients:

12 Chicken Drumsticks (or you can use thighs, wings etc)
1/4 Cup of Olive Oil
Juice of 1 Large Lemon
Juice of 1 Orange
1 Tablespoon of Mixed Dried Italian Herbs
1/4 Teaspoon of Dried Chilli Flakes
1/2 Teaspoon of Smoked Paprika
2-3 Cloves of Garlic (minced - about 3 to 4 teaspoons)
1 Large Lemon (sliced)
1 Orange (sliced)
2 Small Red Onions (peeled and quartered)
Salt and Pepper

Preparation Time: About 10 minutes 
Cooking Time: About 1 hours

Slow Cooker Orange Chicken Drumsticks | One Pot Chef

Slow Cooker Orange Chicken Drumsticks is a flavour-packed main meal with minimal prep work. Chicken Drumsticks are smothered in a sauce featuring orange juice, honey, soy sauce, ginger and chilli. Slowly cooked in a crock pot and served with rice, vegetables or salad, this dish will become a quick favourite in your house  - give it a go!

3 Tablespoons of Orange Juice (freshly squeezed!)

1 Tablespoon of White Vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon of Dry Chilli Flakes
Rice, Vegetables or Salad (to serve)

Preparation Time: About 5 minutes 
Cooking Time: About 4 hours on LOW setting

Orange Syrup Cake - RECIPE

Orange Syrup Cake is a deliciously moist cake that is very easy to make. Freshly squeezed orange juice, flour, orange zest and eggs are combined to create the cake batter. The finished cake is painted with an amazing orange syrup that creates a sticky, sweet, taste sensation that everyone will adore - Give it a go!
