Moroccan Lamb Pizza - RECIPE

Moroccan Lamb Pizza is a wonderful main dish featuring an easy to make pizza dough. Succulent marinated lamb pieces, sweet potato and baby spinach are added to the base along with pizza sauce and cheese, then baked until golden. Perfect for impressing friends and family, yet easy enough to make any night of the week - give it a go!

BASE:

1 1/2 Cups of Self Raising Flour (plus extra if required)
1 Cup (250g) of Natural Yoghurt
Salt

TOPPINGS:
300g of Lamb
2 Teaspoons of Moroccan Seasoning (Spice Mix)
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
200g of Sweet Potato
1 Cup of Baby Spinach Leaves
2 Tablespoons of Pizza Sauce (or any other sauce you like)
1/2 Cup of Grated Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup of Shaved Parmesan Cheese

RECIPE FACT SHEET

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

700g of Beef Chuck Steak (or other cheap cut of meat)
2 Brown Onions (peeled and chopped)
Olive Oil
2 Cloves of Garlic (crushed)
2 Teaspoons of Ground Coriander
2 Teaspoons of Moroccan Seasoning (spice mix)
1 Teaspoon of Ground Cumin
2 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste
Zest of 1 Orange (grated orange rind)
2 Cups of Beef Stock
1 Cup of Water
1 Cup of Pitted Prunes (chopped)

Preparation Time:  About 15 minutes
Cooking Time: About 1-2 hours

SERVES 6 - 8
