Banana Bread (Easy Loaf / Cake)

Banana Bread is a simple baking classic. Ripe Bananas are combined with flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, butter and eggs and baked until golden and moist. Delicious as a snack, sliced and spread with butter - this is a taste of the cafe without the excessive cost - give it a go!
