Dad’s Sausage Loaf - CHRISTMAS RECIPE

Dad’s Sausage Loaf is a traditional Christmas dish served in my family. Sausage Meat is seasoned with a selection of herbs and spices, then rolled in breadcrumbs. Baked until golden, this loaf is sliced and served hot or cold with the rest of the Christmas meal - give it a go!

1kg of Sausage Mince
1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon of Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon of Ground Sage
2 Teaspoons of Mixed Dried Herbs
1 Tablespoon of Freshly Chopped Parsley
1 Cup of Store Bought Dry Breadcrumbs
Salt and Pepper


Preparation Time:  About 20 minutes
Cooking Time:  About 1 hour

SERVES 8
