No Bake Black Forest Cake - RECIPE



No Bake Black Forest Cake is an amazingly simple dessert, but very impressive. A combination of a traditional Black Forest Cake and a Tiramisu, this gorgeous dish requires no baking, and can be assembled, chilled and served in as little as 3 hours - give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

500g Pack of Italian Sponge Finger Biscuits (Savoiardi)
425g Can of Black Pitted Cherries in Syrup
1/2 Cup of Cherry Jam
1 Cup of Cold, Freshly Brewed Expresso Coffee (250ml)
900ml of Cream (any cream suitable for whipping)
1 Tablespoon of Caster Sugar (Super Fine White Sugar)
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
Grated Dark Chocolate (to garnish)


Preparation Time:  About 20 minutes
Chilling Time: About 2 - 3 hours


SERVES 8
