Rainbow Cookies - RECIPE
Rainbow Cookies are a childhood classic that are very easy to make. Butter, sugar, vanilla and flour are combined with 100's and 1000's to make the dough. Rolled into a log and cut into slices, these cookies are baked in minutes and will keep everyone happy - give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
200g of Butter (soft)
3/4 Cup of Caster Sugar (Super Fine White Sugar)
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1 Egg
2 Cups of Plain Flour
1/2 Cup of Rainbow Sprinkles (100's and 1000's etc)
Preparation Time: About 10 minutes + Chilling Time
Cooking Time: About 10 - 15 minutes per tray
MAKES ABOUT 30 COOKIES
ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC
