Easy Mix Cookies - RECIPE
This easy mix and melt cookie recipe is perfect for when you are short on time, but want a really delicious, home style cookie. Butter, vanilla, cinnamon, sugar, egg and flour are combined to make the dough. Lovingly baked until golden, these little babies will be snapped up in seconds - give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
80g of Butter (melted)
1/2 Cup of Caster Sugar (Super Fine White Sugar)
1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1 Egg
1/2 Cup of Sultanas (or other dried fruit)
1/2 Teaspoons of Ground Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda (Bicarbonate of Soda)
1 Cup of Plain Flour
Preparation Time: About 5 minutes
Cooking Time: About 10 - 15 minutes per tray
MAKES ABOUT 22 COOKIES
ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC
