Vegetable Pasties - RECIPE
Vegetable Pasties are classic savory pastries that are very easy to make. A mixture of seasonal vegetables are chopped and gently sautéed then enveloped in a flaky pastry casing. Serve hot or cold with a side salad for a delicious meal - give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
4 Sheets of Ready Rolled Frozen Puff Pastry (partially thawed)
1 Brown Onion (chopped)
1 Stock Cube (such as Oxo etc)
2 Medium Sized Potatoes (peeled and chopped)
4 Medium Sized Carrots (peeled and chopped)
1/2 Cup of Frozen Peas (about a handful)
Preparation Time: About 15 minutes
Cooking Time: About 30 minutes
SERVES 4
