Old Fashioned Sherbet | One Pot Chef



Sherbet - a candy powder that’s both sweet, tangy and fizzy, has been a childhood favourite for generations. A combination of bicarbonate soda, citric acid, sugar and flavouring is quick and easy to assemble. Great for kids parties, halloween treats, cake decorating or just nostalgic sweet snacking - give this one a try today!

Ingredients:

1/3 Cup of Icing Sugar (Powdered Sugar)
1 Tablespoon of Bicarbonate Soda (Baking Soda)
3 Teaspoons of Citric Acid
85g Pack of Jelly / Jello Crystals (Any flavour)
Lollipops or other candy (for dipping!)
