INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

12 Freshly Baked Cupcakes (links to recipes below)
250g of Butter (at room temperature)
3 Cups of Icing Sugar (Powdered Sugar)
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup of Cocoa Powder
2 Tablespoons of Milk
1 1/2 Cups of Desiccated Coconut
Green Food Coloring
12 Chocolate Biscuits / Cookies (I used Tim Tams)
Melted White Chocolate or a White Frosting Pen


Preparation Time:  About 30 minutes
