  1. I get everything but the parsley. Why parsley? In the States we use it as a garnish, usually consumed to clean the mouth after food. Wouldn't it add a bright flavor to the pie? I will try it, but only on one half.

    Good video.

  2. We are from the States too, but I use parsley in a lot of dishes.... not just as a garish.

  3. I'm sorry to say but I am really disappointed in this recipe. I followed it to the letter, but after 2.5 hours the pasta was still hard and chewy and the mixture was very thick. I added 1/2 cup of milk and gave it another half hour, not much better. Added another cup of milk and another half hour. Pasta is still not properly cooked but the cheese sauce (which was delicious earlier, when the pasta was still raw) now tastes pasty and yuck. Three and half hours later and I'm going to have to feed it to my dogs! Such a waste of money! I love the combination of cheese flavours but it just doesn't work. It would have been so much easier to just boil and drain the pasta, then mix in the cheese/milk ingredients. Would have been done in half an hour too! :(

    1. Wow,that is crazy. I have made this dish SEVERAL times now. After 2 hours the pasta is perfect. Idk what went wrong with yours, but that's sad. I would try again.
