500g of Lean Beef Mince (Ground Beef)
750g of Potatoes (washed, peeled, chopped)
1 Brown Onion
2 Cloves of Garlic (crushed)
2 Carrots
2 Zucchini (Courgettes)
2 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste
2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Cup of Water (125ml)
1 Tablespoon of Butter
2 Tablespoons of Milk
Salt and Pepper
Olive Oil
Salad (as a side dish)
