Slow Cooked Smothered Pork Chops - RECIPE

Slow Cooked Smothered Pork Chops is a simple, delicious, easy to make main meal that can be made in a slow cooker / crock pot. Pork Chops are browned and combined with vegetables and a savoury sauce, then slow cooked until tender. Perfect for weeknights or lazy weekend dinners - give it a go!

6 Pork Chops (I used Loin Chops)
1 Large Sweet Potato (peeled and chopped)
2 Large Potatoes (peeled and chopped)
3 Carrots (peeled and chopped)
1 Brown Onion
2 Cloves of Garlic (crushed)
1 Cup of Liquid Vegetable Stock
400g Can of Cream of Celery Soup
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper

NOTE:  Cooking time may vary depending on thickness of pork chops and vegetable pieces. Allow extra time if using larger pieces.

No Bake Chocolate Nutella Crepe Cake is a decadent 5 ingredient dessert, perfect for last minute dessert emergencies. NOTE: If making ahead of time, keep in the fridge for up to 1 day. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before serving to allow cake to soften up slightly ;)

Home Made Sun Dried Tomatoes are delicious and easy to make. Fresh Roma Tomatoes are halved and hollowed, then anointed with extra virgin olive oil infused with garlic and thyme. Dried at a low heat in the oven, these glorious morsels are perfect in salads, with pasta, added to sauces or simply eaten on their own  - give it a go!
