INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
Cake:
150g of Butter (at room temperature)
1 Cup of Caster Sugar (Super Fine White Sugar)
1 Tablespoon of Vanilla
2 Eggs
2 Cups of Self Raising Flour
Filling:
1/2 Cup of Jam (I used Raspberry Jam)
Icing:
1 Cup of Icing Sugar (Confectioners Sugar / Powdered Sugar)
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
1-2 Tablespoons of Milk
Red Food Colouring
Sprinkles / 100s and 1000s
Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 30 minutes
SERVES 8
ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC
