Super Simple Coffee Ice Cream is a ridiculously easy recipe that does not require an ice cream maker. Whipping cream is combined with sweetened condensed milk and instant coffee and beaten until thick. Frozen until set, this rich, creamy ice cream is not only delicious, but the work of mere minutes - give it a go!

It seems a very interesting recipe the main part is that you don't have to make extra efforts.

I do not usually eat ice cream because the store bought one just does not taste like I had as a child. I made this, and although I cannot eat a lot of it because it is so rich and creamy, it reminds me of when my grandmother made ice cream and how delicious it was. We will always keep some in the freezer now, it is that good. wow
ReplyDeleteHow long did you beat this?
ReplyDeleteLooks delicious. My question is you said add 600 mills of whipping cream? Everything was just fine till you said 600 mills :( Help....
ReplyDeletePlease convert grams and mills to ounces for the coffee ice cream recipe. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteMills = ML = Millilitres, folks. See http://alldownunder.com/australian-convert/measurement-chart.htm
