Beef and Potato Curry Puffs - RECIPE
Beef and Potato Curry Puffs are a delicious snack perfect for parties or served as part of an Indian main meal. Beef, potatoes, onion and garlic are combined with an aromatic curry paste, then enveloped in puff pastry. Deep fried until golden and crisp, these gorgeous little babies will be gone in minutes - give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
3 Sheets of Frozen Ready Rolled Puff Pastry (thawed)
250g of Beef Mince
1 Brown Onion (finely chopped)
2 Small Potatoes (peeled and finely diced)
1 Clove of Garlic (crushed)
1 Tablespoon of Curry Paste (I used Korma Paste)
Vegetable Oil
Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 20 minutes (plus time to heat oil)
MAKES ABOUT 25 PUFFS (depending on size)
ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC
