Sponge Cake with Jam and Cream - RECIPE
Sponge Cake is a classic dessert served with lashings of whipped cream and Strawberry Jam. Eggs, vanilla, sugar and flours are combined to make a thick, rich batter. Baked until golden and filled with cream and jam, this cake is perfect for sharing with friends and family - give it a go!

1/2 Cup of Corn Flour (Corn Starch)

Icing Sugar (for dusting)
Preparation Time: About 15 minutes
Cooking Time: About 25 minutes
