Chocolate Fruit Cake Truffles - CHRISTMAS RECIPE
Chocolate Fruit Cake Truffles are a delicious festive treat, perfect for Christmas Parties. Fruit Cake is combined with brandy and a delicious chocolate ganache. Rolled into balls and dusted with coconut or cocoa, these amazing little morsels will impress everyone - give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
250g of Fruit Cake
1 Tablespoon of Brandy* (or your choice of liqueur)
100g of Milk Chocolate
1 Tablespoon of Cream
30g of Butter
1/4 Cup of Desiccated Coconut
1/4 Cup of Cocoa Powder
* Replace the alcohol with Vanilla Extract if you prefer ;)
Preparation Time: About 15 minutes
Chilling Time: About 1 hour
MAKES ABOUT 30 TRUFFLES
ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC
