Quick Jello Cookies - RECIPE

Quick Jello Cookies is a wonderfully simple cookie recipe that has only a few ingredients. Butter, sugar, flavoured gelatine (Jello / Jelly) is combined with flour and formed into cookies. Lightly baked until firm, these cookies are bursting with flavour - give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

2 x 85g Packets of Jello (Jelly / Flavoured Gelatine)
100g of Butter (softened)
1/4 Cup of Caster Sugar (Super Fine White Sugar)
1 Egg
1 1/2 Cups of Self Raising Flour


Preparation Time:  About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 10 minutes per tray
