BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders - RECIPE



BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders are a delicious yet simple main meal dish that is made with only a few ingredients. A pork leg roast is marinated in salt and apple cider vinegar, then slow cooked until tender. Shredded and combined with a smokey barbecue sauce, the meat is served on bread rolls with your favourite toppings  - give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

1.5kg Pork Leg Roast (boneless, rind and excess fat removed)
Salt
3/4 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Cup of Smokey BBQ Sauce (or similar sauce)
Bread Rolls
Cheese
and any other additional fillings you prefer!

Preparation Time:  About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 10 hours on LOW setting

SERVES 4 - 6
