Quick and Easy Choc Mint Fudge - RECIPE



Chocolate Mint Fudge is a quick, delicious, no-fuss fudge recipe that only takes a few minutes to prepare. Chocolate, butter, condensed milk and peppermint essence are combined to form a rich fudge. Chilled and set, then sliced into squares, this irresistible treat will keep every chocoholic happy - give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

375g Dark Chocolate (chopped)
60g Butter (chopped)
400g Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 Teaspoon of Peppermint Essence (add more for a stronger mint flavour)

Preparation Time:  5 minutes
Chilling Time:  About 2 hours

MAKES ABOUT 30 SQUARES
