Chilli Con Carne - RECIPE
Chilli Con Carne is a delicious, hearty meal that can be made with basic ingredients. Beef, onion, garlic, chilli and tomato passata are combined to create a rich meaty dish. Serve with rice, pasta or vegetables - give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
500g Beef Mince (Ground Beef)
1 Large Brown Onion (chopped)
1 Clove of Garlic (crushed)
1 Long Red Chilli (chopped, seeds removed)
700g Jar of Tomato Passata sauce (pureed tomatoes)
2 x 400g Cans of Red Kidney Beans (drained and rinsed)
1 Teaspoon of Ground Chilli Powder
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Serve with Rice, Pasta, Vegetables or on it's own!
Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 20 minutes
SERVES 4 - 6
