Cheese and Bacon Bites - RECIPE



Cheese and Bacon Bites are an easy and delicious party food. Cheese, bacon, spring onions and flour are combined with egg and mustard to create a flavour-packed sensation that can be made in minutes - Give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

200g Diced Bacon (or ham, cooked chicken breast etc)
2 Cups of Grated Cheddar Cheese
3 Diced Spring Onions (aka green onions, shallots, scallions etc)
1 Cup of Self Raising Flour
2-3 Teaspoons of Mild French Mustard
1 Egg
1/2 Cup of Milk

Preparation Time: About 10 mins
Cooking Time: About 15-20 minutes per tray

MAKES ABOUT 20 - 50 BITES (depending on size)

ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC
