Fried Christmas Pudding - RECIPE

Fried Christmas Pudding is a post-christmas dessert traditionally served in my family. Thick slices of Christmas Pudding are gently pan-fried in meted butter until warm and crisp. Certainly not healthy, but it sure is delicious. Besides, Christmas is the season of excess - Give it a go!

Summer Cocktail - RECIPE

Summer Cocktail is a simple party drink which is perfect for any summer party. Vodka, Wine, Sparkling Apple Juice and Cranberry Juice are combined with ice to create a fruity, sweet but slightly tart cocktail that everyone will love. Give it a go!

1 Part Chilled Vodka
1 Part Fruity White Wine
2 Parts Sparkling Apple Juice
1 Part Cranberry Juice
Ice

Makes 1.25 Litres (when 1 Part = 1 Metric Cup)

Christmas Shortbread - RECIPE

Christmas Shortbread is a traditional butter cookie. Butter and sugar are combined with flour and cornflour to create a soft dough. Formed into a disc and decorated, this delicious holiday treat is served in wedges. Give it a go!

250g Butter (Softened)
3/4 Cup of Icing Sugar (Powdered Sugar)
3/4 Cup of Cornflour
1 3/4 Cups of Plain Flour

Makes 16 Wedges (2 Discs)

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 50 Minutes
